Job Title: Estates Officer - Shift
Job Summary:
Lead role of a two-person team, one of five teams providing 24 hour a day, rotating shift cover for the new London Hospital. Responsible for the execution of planned preventative and reactive maintenance, utilising direct and contract resources to meet strict Service Level Agreements, especially the provision of Authorised Person cover with responsibility for the practical implementation and operation of safety rules and procedures for various critical M&E services within the hospital.
